Our Operation

• Three departments are organized by customers and they serve as our key contact points for our customers. They are Project Engineers, Customer Service/Production Planner and Quality Control.

• Supporting the Project Engineers are other engineering teams in mechanical, electronic, industrial and facility areas. They are equipped with design tools like Pro-E®, SolidWork®, AutoCad®, CadKey®, EUCLID® styler, ZEMAX® lens designer, PADS® 2005 sp2, Altium 6.6 - AMCC®, IAR Embedded workbench® V4.10, & Keil UV3®.

• Customer Service/Production Planners using the state-of-art SAP® computer system to manage our production departments and monitor shipments to meet our customers' ever-changing demand.

• Besides customer-specific quality teams, we have quality teams responsible for incoming, in-process and outgoing controls. Also, we normally have 1 out of 10 quality control staff on the production lines.

• Our Procurement team stays in close contact with vendors in China as well as in Asia and other parts of the world. Their mission is to secure a quality source of raw material and purchase parts that provide the best value.
